The challenge: Low survey participation and inconsistent follow-through were eroding employees’ trust in the feedback process.
I saw an opportunity to rethink the experience – not just how we collected feedback, but how we turned it into action.
I created Fuel the Feedback, a branded campaign that gave the survey a recognizable identity and built momentum through a company-wide Fuel the Feedback Day, digital participation badges and consistent, customizable messaging.
But the real focus was what happened after the survey. I built a scalable leader toolkit with plug-and-play results presentations, discussion guides, action-planning templates and best practices – making it easier for leaders to turn feedback into visible action.
The result: 37% year-over-year increase in Operations survey participation. The following year, the enterprise adopted the toolkit as its standard operating model.
