I spearheaded a massive cross-functional effort across the enterprise to communicate the way frontline managers were paid and incentivized. 
Goal: Ensure understanding around the what, clarity around the how, and reassurance behind the why. 
Given the delicacy of the content, I created 18 customized toolkits for varying levels of stakeholders. I partnered with our media team to simplify a complex message by telling a story through short, narrated animations outlining the details in their most basic form. 
I recreated visuals of the new pay models – simplifying a 56-page deck down to six – with a Q&A to answer questions upfront, getting in front of the conversation and reducing post-rollout inquires by 27% within the first week.
